Our founder Terry Conrad, Sr. started Oak Hill Construction in 1987 and began providing excavation and home remodeling services for commercial and residential customers.

Since the company’s humble beginnings, Oak Hill Construction LLC has grown into a full-scale civil site construction contractor supporting site development projects of all sizes, including government, commercial and residential projects. Our experienced team delivers the highest quality civil site development and construction services in the greater Maryland-Virginia area.
